Maintenance Mode
Many projects this quarter have been in maintenance mode. The urgency of Q2 has given way to steady, sustainable work. Bug fixes, small improvements, keeping things running.
Year in Review
2020 was defined by the pandemic. From a technology perspective, it was the year of video conferencing, remote collaboration, and rapid adaptation. My GitHub activity was higher than usual - 174 total contributions, driven largely by the BigBlueButton work.
The year taught us that technology can adapt quickly when it needs to. It also highlighted the importance of robust, self-hostable open-source solutions.
